______________
The Chasing Buffaoes Wrap employs an innovative technique to simultaneously create multiple graphic motifs across each row. It will feel like magic watching the buffalo plaid emerge in three sizes appear!
Two Pass Woven Knitting repeats a small, easy to memorize stitch pattern. Different motifs appear from different colour sequences established in the setup rows. The length of this wrap is cast on and worked in the round. After bind off, the wrap is steeked and the fringe is formed from the cut edge.
The fabric of this wrap has a garter stitch background with an overlay of cables. Look for a light fingering weight yarn with great drape and a round, tightly twisted construction. Sweet Georgia Mohair Silk Sock knits into a flowing, elegant wrap.
Learn this technique with the Chasing Buffaloes Tutorials. Practice with the Chasing Buffaloes Hat or Cowl.
