Kitson Call Review Coach: Who Did the Talking? Sales Call Review From Your Own Transcripts (Opus 5.5)
The call felt great. You said everything you wanted to say. Who did the talking?
Kitson Call Review Coach reads transcripts of your own sales calls, the caption files or transcripts your meeting or phone tool already gives you (.vtt, .srt or .txt), on your computer. It gives you:
- How much of each call you talked, your longest stretch, the questions you asked and how many were open, when you asked your first question, and whether you cut in (from the start and end times).
- Whether a next step was really agreed, with the words, or whether the call ended on "let me know".
- The pains and objections the customer raised, and whether your next line asked about them.
- Biz's six listen-first checks for every call, your calls side by side, and your strongest call to compare against.
- Then Claude Opus 5.5 explains those figures and suggests better phrasings and three things to try on your next call. Every suggestion must point to a real line of your call and quote it exactly, or the app holds it back.
What makes it careful
- Consent first: the first box on the form says everyone on the calls knew they were recorded or transcribed and agreed, in line with the law where each person was. The app reads no transcript until you tick it, once for each run. Some places, such as California, need every person on the call to agree.
- It never records, joins or transcribes a call. It coaches your own habits only: it never scores the customer, never guesses anyone's feelings, personality or honesty, and is not for ranking or judging staff.
- Removed before sending: every speaker becomes You or Customer 1 and every name [name]; email addresses, phone numbers and long numbers are removed by default (you can switch that off); card-like numbers are always removed. The result lists every line where something was removed. File names, speaker names and your business name are never sent, and nothing is sent to Kitson Workshop. You can see exactly what will be sent before you run it.
- The cost is shown before every run. In our own test on the made-up sample (four calls, about 30 minutes of talk), reviewing four calls cost about 20 cents on our own Anthropic account. More calls, or longer ones, cost a little more.
- Take it with you: the coaching report in Word, every line of your calls with what the app counted as a CSV, and every table in Excel.
What you need
- Free Node.js 18+ (Windows, Mac or Linux).
- Transcripts of your own calls (.vtt, .srt or .txt, up to 6 calls a run) where everyone knew the call was recorded or transcribed and agreed. A made-up sample of four calls is in the zip so you can try it first.
- It needs your own Anthropic API key, with a little credit. A Claude chat subscription does not include API access.
You pay Anthropic directly for what you use, on top of the price of the app.

Early release, for educational purposes, made by Kitson Workshop. Questions, next steps, pains and objections are found by English word rules: check the lines it points to. Getting everyone's consent to record or transcribe a call is your job, under the law where each person was; this is not legal advice. The transcripts on your computer still hold anything that was read out: store or delete them safely. If you review a colleague's calls, they must know their calls are reviewed. If we can't get the app running for you, email kit376351@gmail.com within 14 days for a refund of the app price. Fixes are sent to buyers free. Kitson Workshop is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.
