Hello! I’m Vivien the creator of Vivien’s Creativity Lab

I’m a creative photo artist, teacher, teacher trainer and digital strategist! I love to help tiny biz owners and start-ups to design and learn new ways to run their businesses with my easy-to-follow classes, affordable tools, tips and tutorials.

After a career in teaching, and managing a school here in Italy for many years, I decided to continue online, and love helping small business owners learn new techniques.

I’m originally from Kent, U.K. – often called the Garden of England, a gorgeous part of the world! But I live in Italy with my family.

Having taught thousands of students and been a teacher trainer and examiner as well,

I know what components make a course work.

I also know what it takes for a student to be successful and finish a course

I know how you feel as a student learning something new for the first time so I always create:

Can I get a refund?  I’m confident that you’ll love the course, but….Yes, there is a refund, but please, please work through some of the course, and then get back to me within 14 days and we can sort out a refund (by writing an email to vivien@vivienscreativitylab.com)

How long does the course take? Aha! I know you’re busy as a tiny biz owner, and I suggest working at your own pace. If you follow everything you should be able to create your "Bespoke Course" in 5 Days, but naturally you must dedicate the time! I’ve tried to make the videos under 30 minutes each, but you will need time to go through all the workbooks and do the action steps that are sprinkled throughout the course. You will also need to block out time to create your lead magnet and sales pages and to set up your funnel – this will take a good amount of time, but pace yourself, and I’m sure you won’t feel overwhelmed if you block time into your schedule.

Will I be overwhelmed by the tech (I’m not really a techie)? I mention some free tools you can use throughout the course – there is obviously a learning curve, but if you take things slowly, you won’t feel overwhelmed. I also suggest reaching out to a VA (virtual assistant) if you do feel overwhelmed – to help you with your tech set-up.

Are the lessons accessible? I have prepared a captions transcript for all the videos and provided PDFs for both the course and the workbooks. Please reach out to me if you need any other support.
