WHO IT IS FOR

Analytical scientists developing or transferring reversed-phase HPLC methods in a regulated environment, and anyone who has inherited a method and needs to understand why it was built that way. It assumes you have run an HPLC; it does not assume you have developed a method from scratch.

Validation content is anchored to ICH Q2(R2) and ICH Q14, with system suitability referenced to USP <621>, Ph. Eur. 2.2.46 and JP 2.01.
