EXTRACTION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF OIL FROM CASHEW NUT
This project focuses on the extraction and characterization of oil from cashew nuts, highlighting the process of obtaining and analyzing the physical and chemical properties of the oil. It examines the nutritional value, potential industrial applications, and efficiency of extraction methods, providing insights into the economic importance of cashew oil production in Nigeria.
