How to use

1. Download the ZIP after checkout.
2. Google Sheets: upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, then Open with → Google Sheets → File → Save as Google Sheets. Excel: just open the file.
3. On START, fill in your names, date and budget.
4. Type over the single grey sample row on each tab. Leave the formula columns alone.

FAQ

Does it work in Excel or Google Sheets?

Both. It's one .xlsx file that opens directly in Excel (Windows or Mac), and the formulas carry over when you open it in Google Sheets. A Google Sheets setup guide (.txt) is included.

Do I need to pay for Google Sheets or Excel?

No. Google Sheets is free with a Google account. If you already have Excel, the file opens there too.

Is it an instant download?

Yes. The ZIP is available as soon as you check out.

Will the fonts look right?

In Google Sheets, Cinzel and Montserrat are available in the Google Sheets font menu. In Excel, the file falls back to a similar font unless you install the two free Google Fonts.

Does this include the wedding signs?

No. This listing is the planner spreadsheet only. The Art Deco Wedding Kit ($47.99) adds 7 sign templates in 3 sizes, each with a Canva template link, plus the 3-page checklist. Open the link and click Use template to save your own copy in your free Canva account.

Can I share it with my partner or planner?

Yes. Once it's in Google Sheets you can share your copy with anyone helping you plan. Please don't resell or redistribute the template file itself.

Can I print it?

You can print any tab, but it's built to be used on screen, where the totals and dashboard recalculate as you go.
