How to use

1. Download the ZIP after checkout.
2. Signs: sign in to Canva (a free account works), open a sign link, then click Use template to save your own copy in your free Canva account. Change names, dates, drinks and venue lines, then download as PNG (print shop) or PDF Print (home). If your wording already fits, print the included masters as they are.
3. Planner: open in Excel, or upload to Google Drive and choose Open with → Google Sheets. Fill in the START tab, and the Dashboard and Cost Per Guest tabs update on their own.
4. Checklist: print it, or open its Canva link to customize it first. Open the link and click Use template to save your own copy in your free Canva account.
5. Print signs at 100% / actual size. The 8×10 works on a home printer. Take 18×24 and 24×36 to a print shop and use matte cover stock (100–130 lb).

Is this editable in Canva?

Yes. There are Canva template links for all 7 signs and for the 3-page checklist. Open the link and click Use template to save your own copy in your free Canva account. A free Canva account is enough.

What sizes do the signs come in?

8×10, 18×24 and 24×36 inches, each as a 300 DPI PNG and a print-ready PDF. The Canva links open the 18×24 version. For a different size, resize in Canva or use the matching file in the download.

Excel or Google Sheets?

Both. The planner is a single .xlsx file that opens in Excel, and the formulas carry over when you open it in Google Sheets. Import steps are included.

Is it an instant download?

Yes. You'll get the ZIP immediately after checkout. Nothing is mailed.

Can I print at home?

The 8×10 signs and the checklist, yes. For the large 18×24 and 24×36 signs, a local print shop or photo center gives the best result. Ask for actual size, and borderless if they offer it.

What's the difference between the kit and the Sheets-only planner?

The kit ($18.99) includes the signs, the Canva links, the checklist, the planner and the guides. The Sheets-only listing ($14.99) is just the 12-tab planner spreadsheet and its guides. The checklist on its own is free.

Is this the Art Deco version?
