A minimalist Art Deco wedding kit in black, gold and champagne. It includes 7 day-of signs with Canva template links, each in 3 print sizes, plus a 12-tab planner spreadsheet for Excel or Google Sheets and a 3-page checklist. Instant download.

Jazz Age glamour without the clutter. The Forge & Vow Art Deco Wedding Kit pairs clean geometric frames and gold linework with a deep obsidian field, so your signs look polished from the welcome table to the last dance. You also get the planner and checklist that keep the months before the wedding organized.

It's one download that covers both the planning and the day-of signs.

What's included

  • 7 day-of wedding sign templates: Welcome, Bar, Cards & Gifts, Guest Book, Reserved, Thank You, and a Custom sign for any other sign you need (menu, unplugged ceremony, seating note, and so on)
  • 3 print sizes for every sign: 8×10, 18×24 and 24×36, as 300 DPI PNG plus print-ready PDF (42 sign files)
  • Canva template links for all 7 signs (18×24 masters). Open the link and click Use template to save your own copy in your free Canva account.
  • 12-tab wedding planner spreadsheet (.xlsx) that works in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Tabs: START, Dashboard, Budget, Payments, Cost Per Guest, Guests, Seating, Vendors, Timeline, Day-Of, Gifts, Honeymoon (optional)
  • 3-page wedding checklist (US Letter) as a PDF plus a PNG of each page, running from 12–6 months out to the wedding day
  • How-to guide (PDF) and a Google Sheets setup guide (.txt)

How to use

  1. Download the ZIP right after checkout.
  2. Personalize the signs: sign in to Canva (a free account works), open a sign link, click Use template to save your own copy in your free Canva account, swap in your names, date, drinks and venue lines, then download as PNG or PDF Print. If you don't need to change any wording, print the included masters as they are.
  3. Open the planner in Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and choose Open with → Google Sheets. Type over the sample row on each tab. Then enter your names, date and total budget on the START tab, and the Dashboard and Cost Per Guest tabs fill in on their own.
  4. Print the checklist at home and work through it page by page.
  5. Print the signs at home (8×10) or at a local print shop (18×24 and 24×36) at 100% / actual size. A matte or soft-touch cover stock in the 100–130 lb range is a good choice.

The look

Minimalist Art Deco: Cinzel display type, Montserrat body text, and an Obsidian / Gold / Champagne palette with geometric gold frames. It suits a 1920s, Roaring Twenties or "old money" black-tie theme without looking like a costume party.

FAQ

Can I edit this in Canva?

Yes. All 7 signs come with Canva template links. Open the link and click Use template to save your own copy in your free Canva account. A free Canva account is enough. The checklist is a print-ready PDF in this kit, so it can't be edited in Canva.

What sizes are the signs?

Every sign comes in 8×10, 18×24 and 24×36 inches, as a PNG and a print PDF. The Canva links open the 18×24 version. For a different size, resize it in Canva or use the matching file already in the download.

Does the planner work in Excel or Google Sheets?

Both. It's an .xlsx file that opens in Microsoft Excel, and the formulas carry over when you open it in Google Sheets. A Google Sheets setup guide (.txt) with the import steps is included.

Is it an instant download?

Yes. You get the ZIP as soon as checkout finishes. Nothing ships.

Can I print the signs at home?

The 8×10 signs and the checklist print well on a home printer. For 18×24 and 24×36, send the PNG or PDF to a print shop or photo center and ask for actual size. Borderless printing helps with the dark background, or you can trim after printing.

Is Art Deco the same as 1920s / Jazz Age style?

They overlap. Art Deco is the geometric, gold-accented design style of the 1920s–30s, built on symmetry and metallic accents. "Jazz Age" and "Roaring Twenties" describe the party mood of that same era. This kit uses Art Deco geometry in a pared-back, minimalist way, so it works for a 1920s-themed wedding or a modern black-and-gold one.

What's the difference between the kit and the planner spreadsheet only?

The kit ($47.99) has everything: 7 signs × 3 sizes, the Canva sign links, the planner spreadsheet, the 3-page checklist and the how-to guide. The Sheets-only listing ($29.99) has just the 12-tab planner spreadsheet and its Google Sheets setup guide (.txt). If you want only the checklist, the Art Deco checklist is free.

Can I use it for clients or resell it?

No. The license covers your own wedding. Wedding planners and vendors can message the shop about commercial licensing.
