At Move Well with Anna, we do things differently. Our personal training is a highly bespoke process, far more than just directing squats and counting reps. Every detail is designed around you, your goals, and your stage of life.
Each programme is built around three key elements:
STEP ONE
Your Signature Assessment (in-person or live online). We start by getting to know your body, how you move, breathe, and function. This assessment allows us to identify your strengths, movement patterns, and any areas that need specific care or rebuilding, so every session is truly personal.
STEP TWO
12 Weeks of Tailored Personal Training Sessions (in-person or live online). Guided by your assessment, we design and deliver weekly sessions that support your goals, whether that’s preparing for or recovering from birth, rebuilding after surgery, managing symptoms of peri-menopause, or simply feeling strong and pain-free again.
STEP THREE
Your Personalised Move Well Programme. Between sessions, you’ll have access to your own online programme with easy-to-follow workouts tailored to your needs, whether that’s mobility, strength, birth preparation, surgery pre or rehab, recovery from diastasis recti, or pelvic floor healing. These sessions can be done at home with minimal equipment, helping you stay consistent through the challenges of travel, traffic, weather, sickness or the ups and downs of daily life, because true progress happens not just in the hour we train together, but in how supported and confident you feel every day.
This is more than personal training, it’s a science-backed, compassionate partnership designed to help you move well, live well, and feel at home in your body.

Your Signature Assessment is where your journey begins. It’s an in-depth, one-to-one consultation designed to help you understand your body so that every movement, every breath, and every rep works for you, not against you, because when you know what’s really happening inside your body, you can train with confidence, make faster progress, and feel at home in your own skin.
This is more than a fitness assessment, it’s a complete women’s health screening through the lens of movement, strength, and recovery.
1. Comprehensive Health & Movement Review
We take the time to understand your story ( pregnancy, birth, surgery, injury, hormonal changes, and lifestyle factors) so we can see the full picture of what your body needs now.
2. Pelvic Floor & Core Function Check
We help you connect with your core and pelvic floor, so you know exactly how to release, activate, and coordinate effectively for strength and protection.
3. Diastasis Recti Assessment
You’ll learn whether you have abdominal separation, what it means for your training, and how to rebuild strength safely and effectively.
4. Posture & Mobility Analysis
We identify patterns that may be contributing to discomfort, instability, or poor movement efficiency, helping you move better and feel stronger in daily life.
5. Breathing & Core Synergy
We reconnect your breath, diaphragm, and core for better stability, energy, and pelvic floor support.
6.Your Personalised Assessment Report
After your session, you’ll receive a detailed explanation of your results so you understand why you feel what you feel including bespoke tips and video tutorials on what to prioritise as well as referral guidance if additional support from a women’s health physio or other specialist would be beneficial.

Our support for you doesn’t end when you leave the session, it continues with your bespoke, online Move Well Programme, a 12-week support plan designed to help you stay consistent, confident, and supported between sessions.
Built from the insights of your Signature Assessment and tailored to your specific goals, this programme keeps you progressing, even when life gets busy, travel plans arise, or energy levels fluctuate. All workouts can be done at home with minimal equipment. Our aim it to remove as many barriers as possible to moving well.
