The Signature Assessment is where this begins. It’s an in-depth, one-to-one consultation that blends women’s health screening with expert movement analysis. It’s designed to help you finally make sense of how your body feels, whether that’s tight hips, pelvic heaviness, leaking, a stubborn tummy gap, aching joints, or a sense of disconnect from your core because when you understand what’s really happening, you can train with confidence, move without fear, and make progress that lasts.
This isn’t just an assessment. It’s a foundation for lifelong movement that supports your core, your confidence, and your well-being.
1.Comprehensive Health & Movement Review
We begin with your story, your pregnancies, births, surgeries, injuries, lifestyle, and hormonal stage. Understanding these details helps us see the full picture of how your body works today.
2.Pelvic Floor & Core Function Check
We help you connect with your core and pelvic floor so you can feel and understand how to activate, release, and coordinate them effectively for strength and protection.
3.Diastasis Recti Assessment
You’ll learn whether you have abdominal separation, what that means for your training, and how to rebuild safely and effectively.
4.Posture & Mobility Analysis
We identify patterns of tightness, weakness, or compensation that may be causing discomfort or poor movement efficiency, helping you move better in daily life.
5.Breathing & Core Synergy
We reconnect your breath with your diaphragm and core to create better stability, energy, and pelvic floor support.
6.Personalised Assessment Report
You’ll receive a detailed explanation of your results, along with bespoke recommendations, video tutorials, and referrals where needed, so you know exactly what to focus on and why.

Your personalised online plan, built from your assessment results, giving you structured support between sessions. It’s ideal if you prefer working independently at home or while travelling, and includes mobility, strength, core, and recovery sessions tailored to your body and goals.
2.Join our Classes (click here for info)
Our small group sessions in Bangkok, designed around the same principles as your assessment. With a maximum of eight participants, you’ll move in ways that support your stage of life, whether you’re pregnant, rebuilding postpartum, or moving through peri-menopause.
