Adaptability in Practice is a short, practical self-paced development module that supports Beyond the Wheel Workshop participants to reflect on how they respond in challenging moments — and how those responses influence dignity, choice, autonomy, and outcomes for themselves and others.
Designed for people working in support roles, workplaces, and community settings, this module focuses on adaptability as a skill that can be practised intentionally, not just endured.
Through lived experience, real-world examples, and reflective prompts, Beyond the Wheel Workshop participants are encouraged to move beyond automatic responses and develop greater awareness, presence, and confidence in moments that require adjustment.
This workshop does not focus on blame or perfection.
It focuses on awareness, intentional choice, and sustainable practice.
