Grounded in lived experience and real-world examples, this workshop supports participants to reflect on small, routine moments where support may unintentionally become authority — and to explore practical ways to strengthen dignity, autonomy, and participation without blame or judgement.
This module does not focus on compliance or perfection.
It focuses on awareness, responsibility, and ethical practice.
