This PDF is free to make it accessible to all online creators, but if you'd like to support my work, you can contribute any amount that feels right to you.

This tiny PDF is a short, condensed collection of calming ideas taken from my blog with the online, digital creative in mind. Trying to hold your own in a space where there is so much noise and comparison is tough, and as an online creative myself, this pressure is also something that I often have to deal with. I've brought these excerpts from my blog posts together to remind myself of the essential things I need to stay in touch with inner music as I create, share, and work to maintain my joy in environment that sometimes feels hostile to authentic expression.

I hope that this little PDF printable gives you a structure for building some comfort for yourself as you share online. I'm hoping to print this out and post it on the walls of my office/studio to serve as a gentle reminder to myself. Feel free to share how you've decided to use this PDF if you feel moved to do so.
