Online creations come and go, so this is where you can take parts of my work with you like gems of remembrance.

A simple journal designed for sensitive people who struggle to relax and do self-care especially when it's needed the most.
This mini-journal is structured to guide you through understanding what helps you to recover from stress as a sensitive person. By following the 7 reflective journal prompts you'll learn to:
- Get in touch with what you need right now.
- Take simple and meaningful action, even when life is difficult.
- Create a quick reference list of activities that give you calm and comfort.
- Remind yourself of where you flourish as a highly sensitive person.
This journal comes as an interactive Google doc. By downloading it, you will receive a PDF with a link to the journal.

✧Field Notes✧
I created this workbook while I was working on getting certified as a Master Self-care Coach. This piece has a lovely constellation of influences. Besides incorporating what I was learning from my courses, it also takes inspiration from Love Your Sensitivity and the post, Three Lists that Have Improved My Well-being as an INFP.
My goal was for this small simple workbook to be a way to jump-start stepping into radiance and clarity as a highly sensitive person.
