The Tallulah Texture Cardigan is a European drop shoulder cardigan with all over texture and lace. It is worked in sections which makes it a quick and entertaining knit!

First, the back is worked flat with increases after which stitches are picked up for the fronts. The fronts are joined together with the back and worked flat. Stitches are then picked up around the armhole and the sleeves are worked in the round with an easy eyelet motif. The sleeve is transformed into a bishop sleeve with a long cinched cuff of 2x2 ribbing.

The buttonband is worked in broken rib to complement the other textured motifs. Lastly, three buttons are sewn on the cardigan.

Difficulty 3/5. Knitting lace and texture from charts or written instructions. Increasing and decreasing.

Gauge

20 sts x 26 rows = 10 cm | 4 inch.

Using 4 mm | US 6 needles, measured in sleeve lace pattern.

Needles

4 mm | US 6 needles for main.

3.5 mm | US 4 for buttonband.
