What does priority mean?
Your case is placed ahead of standard remote-support requests after a complete intake. It does not mean guaranteed immediate availability or 24/7 emergency response.
What is included?
Priority intake review and one scheduled remote session of up to 60 minutes for one agreed fault, followed by a brief case-close summary.
When is the appointment confirmed?
After the intake has been reviewed and availability has been checked.
Do I need to provide remote access?
You remain in control. If temporary access is agreed, use the minimum required permissions and revoke it immediately afterwards. Never send passwords through the form.
Is a repair guaranteed?
No. Hardware failure, missing access, unsafe conditions or third-party restrictions can require local work or replacement parts.
