Lady with an Ermine Head Illusion - FREE PDF knitting pattern
This is a small sample from our Lady with an Ermine Illusion Knit. It is ideal for trying out the technique or for making a small item such as a cushion. When worked in DK yarn it is about 35 cm (14”) square so could be used for a small pillow.
The black and white version was made using crochet cotton so is much smaller. Illusions work with any thickness of yarn. We do not usually recommend using black and white for illusions as the contrast is too stark.
