The magic isn't in the worksheets themselves, it's in the system they give you. It's in the number of decisions it takes off your brain. My Perpetual Meal Plan in particular has been a game changer for me. I HATE buying food, deciding what to cook, cooking it and then cleaning it all up again. But knowing each week has a theme to it makes it like a game, what can I cook this week in the theme? It's also helpful in not having to make a decision. I know on Mondays we do Mexican Monday and I need mince. I also know I'm going to need pasta, rice and certain ingredients every week so I can buy in bulk, saving money.
