This gentle practice is for those moments when you’re about to show up — whether in a conversation, a creative expression, a public space, or simply allowing yourself to be more fully seen.


Instead of pushing past the nerves or overriding the discomfort, this meditation invites you to pause and turn inward. You'll be guided to bring awareness to any parts of you that feel hesitant, exposed, or tender — and offer them validation, care, and space to settle.


This is one of my own go-to practices whenever I’m stepping into visibility. Rather than trying to silence the inner resistance, I meet it with presence. I acknowledge the younger or more sensitive parts within me that need reassurance, and I let them know: you don’t have to go away — I’m bringing you with me.


In this meditation, you’ll be supported to:

  • Drop into your body and meet what’s alive with softness
  • Welcome and tend to nervous or uncertain parts
  • Soften resistance and find inner coherence
  • Align your mind, heart, and body
  • Open to letting truth move through you with clarity and ease
