HOW TO FILL IN YOUR PDF

OPTION 1 — FILL IN DIGITALLY

1. Download the three files from Etsy.
2. Open Family-Handover-Blank.pdf in a compatible PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
3. Click or tap inside the form fields.
4. Type your family's information directly into the spaces provided.
5. Save your completed PDF under a new filename.
6. Reopen your saved copy to check everything has been saved correctly.
7. Print it or share it securely with the person taking over.

Recommended: Keep an original blank version and a private completed master copy. You can then update the dates, responsibilities and arrangements whenever you need another handover.

OPTION 2 — PRINT AND WRITE

1. Download the blank planner.
2. Open the PDF.
3. Select Print.
4. Choose A4 paper and Fit to Page.
5. Print all four pages or just the pages you need.
6. Complete the boxes by hand.

You can also fill in the PDF on your computer first, save it and then print the completed version.
