Please Note:- 

* The clock mechanism and hands will need putting on once received, this is to protect the hands during transportation. Simple instructions will be given on how to put them on. Also batteries are not included, requiring 1 AA battery.

* Clock handles may differ in colour. (some are black and some are black and red)

*Please upload photo to messenger after purchasing (if you don't have Facebook messenger then please email photo to hrgiftsandmore@outlook.com)

* Please send a high quality / resolution image (preferably 300dpi) The better quality the image, the better the final print will look.

* Please do not take a photo of an original photo as this will print very blurred.

* If you upload a dark image it may be lightened during the printing process to increase image quality.

* Personalised products can only be returned if they are faulty.
