A perfect programme to guide you through an appropriate, effect mid-season programme. It is accepted at this point, you may not get the same adaptations as in your off, pre and early season programmes. The aim is to try and maintain the good work you have already achieve, the new found levels of strength and power. Volume will be reduced to help manage fatigue levels, but sufficient stimulus will be applied to keep you at the top of your game.

We have extensive knowlege of preparing the modern day youth football player and we want to share that with you. The exercises are easy to follow. We have also included links to demonstrations so you can see how the exercises should be performed. You will need access to a gym for this programme. 
 
You should perform this programme for 8-12 weeks, 2 times a week for maximum benefit.
