This programme opens with a mandatory clearance protocol, and it is not decorative. Before session one you need a postpartum check from your GP, OB or midwife with explicit clearance for resistance exercise, and a pelvic floor physiotherapist assessment. That assessment is not optional, and this programme says so in bold. What follows is four phases across sixteen weeks: reconnection, loaded carries and hinge patterning, barbell reintroduction at light loads, then genuine training.
