Programme 2 — Hotel Room 4-Week
Four weeks, four sessions a week, zero equipment. Twenty-five minutes between checkout and the shuttle.
Twenty sessions total, each built around a floor, a wall, a door, a desk and a bath towel. Two alternating workouts: A is push-focused (push-ups, split squats, planks), B is pull-focused (rows off a desk edge, hip hinges, anti-rotation). You progress through reps, tempo and density across four weeks. The honest point is not building, it is maintenance, coming home at baseline instead of heavier and weaker. Because travel is not the reason training fails. Treating travel as the exception is. Optional kit: one mini band, one long band, one towel you were going to use anyway. Companion to Vol. 36.
