Rainforest fiesta - pattern 4 - ring tailed lemur - digital version

Block four of the Rainforest Fiesta patterns, this lovely panel is shaded from dark blues to zingy lime greens, with a self-border, on the upper left corner. A curious ring-tailed lemur peers through the branches.

The quilt panel measures 10 by 14" and the pattern features all the instructions for a patchwork background with raw edge applique (sewn without fusible) secured with free-motion embroidery. The applique is cut from batik fabrics and layered to build up the ring-tailed lemur and the foliage.
