Natural Childbirth Affirmations

'Natural Childbirth Affirmations' contains both audible and subliminal affirmations that can be used to mentally prepare you for a natural (vaginal) birth. By repeating these positive affirmations to yourself (or playing them subliminally), you are convincing your subconscious mind that you already have what it is you are affirming. This is because your subconscious mind does not evaluate whether something is true or not, it just assumes everything your conscious mind affirms, is true (view affirmations in image).

How To Use:

The best time to play subliminal (and audible) affirmations is just before you go to sleep, or as soon as you wake up (during theta state). During theta brainwave state, your subconscious mind is more effective at downloading information. Play for at least 30 minutes prior to sleep and 30 minutes after waking up, for approximately 3-4 weeks (about one month prior to your scheduled birth). This album is suited for pregnant women in their last (third) trimester. This album can also be played alongside 'Pregnancy Affirmations.' For best results, play while you sleep; the subconscious mind remains active during sleep and absorbs information.
