12 week cutting program
Hello everyone! CNBCOACHING here. I've started a 12-week cut, so I thought I'd share my protocol and allow you all to follow along and do it with me. A very key part of a cutting phase is having a workout program that will allow you to get enough volume and recovery time, so I designed this program specifically for that goal.
I created this program to help continue to see progress while in a cutting phase. This is something that has to be done strategically to avoid fatigue, and overtraining while losing weight.
It's hard to progress on increasing weight when you are constantly changing up your workouts. This program isn't like that. It has a linear progression that focuses on progress and although progress takes time it can be achieved efficiently when done correctly.
RPE stands for rate of perceived exertion. This is an easy indicator of how hard you are going on each exercise and allows for easier tracking of progress. Without RPE most people just go through the motions with no clear motivation for going as hard as they should on any given exercise.
It's hard to achieve a proper cut without having any idea what you're doing with nutrition. I wrote this nutrition advice specifically for cutting to help you achieve your weight loss goal and to maintain energy levels to help keep your sanity.
