Assign plant IDs on page 3 and repeat page 4 for each plant. Link dated observations, care entries and photos. Use page 10 to compare observations and page 11 to track questions with review dates. Page 12 shows a fictional connected example.

Print the matching paper size at 100%, or type into the fillable PDF and save a private copy in a compatible PDF reader. Standard PDF form support varies by viewer. Entries and calculations are manual. No spreadsheet, cloud service, automatic reminders or messages are included.
