WHAT YOU GET

An offline HTML tool for up to 100 tasks and 1,000 history records. Use day or calendar-month intervals and enter estimated cost per occurrence. Recurrence starts from actual completion. JSON backups and CSV exports preserve the full stored history; the screen shows the newest 50 completion records. Includes a quick-start guide, fictional and blank backups, worked explanation, version notes and customer-use license.

GET STARTED

Extract the ZIP, read QUICK_START.html, then open OwnerSide_Home_Maintenance.html in a desktop browser. Review the fictional example and Start blank. Record actual completions and export JSON regularly and before imports. Imports validate the schema and ask before replacing records.

BEFORE YOU BUY

Version 1.1, early access. Full real-browser/device testing is incomplete. No scheduled alerts, maintenance recommendations or annual-cost calculation. Calendar dates are limited to 1900–2199; intervals support 1–120 months or 1–3,650 days. Completion dates cannot be in the future. Browser data and exports are not encrypted. Keep private backups.
