Extract the ZIP, read QUICK_START.html, then open OwnerSide_Bid_Compare.html in a desktop browser. Review the fictional example and Start blank for your records. Export JSON before imports or changing projects. Imports validate the schema and ask before replacing data; unreadable saved data pauses autosave.
