這個課程把熱身運動升級,有氧运动可以帮助您增加肌并增加力量,透過簡單動作設計,我會把課程內容分為三部份,分別訓練全身、腹部和下身主要肌肉部分,連貫所有訓練加在一起,除了可以做運動之外,還可以平衡你的有氧运动和力量训练。
 
This course upgrades the warm-up exercise. Aerobic exercise can help you increase muscle and strength. Through simple movement design, I will divide the course content into three parts, training the whole body, abdomen and main muscles of the lower body respectively. Also, you can balance your cardio and strength training in addition to exercise.
