• Sizes available:   small, medium, large, extra large (approx. circ. of 55 cm / 22”, 60 cm / 24”, 65 cm / 26”, and 70 cm / 28”).

This pattern was first released in 2018 and catered for a one-size cowl in DK weight yarn only. I have expanded this to four sizes in multiple weights of yarn.

This cosy colourful cowl, knit in at least two colours of any weight yarn, is a great stashbuster. Instructions are given for four sizes which can be knit to any depth, to suit your requirements or the amount of yarn you have available.

Use any two contrasting colours of your chosen yarn weight; variegated, self striping – all look great in linen stitch. The ratio of Main Colour to Contrast Colour is approximately 60:40. See the table included in the photos on the left for approximate yarn requirements.
