In this lesson, students will use some expressions to talk about the things they need/use in their everyday life. They will also rank some items from the most to the least important to them. Students will discuss which items were replaced by technology and which items or things can't be replaced by technology (yet). They will watch a thought-provoking ad and describe what they can see and hear, They will also work on the ad song, which is an American classic by Sonny and Cher. Students will also work on pronunciation and connected speech by abalyzing excerps from the song. By the end of the lesson, students will choose a follow-up task according to their interests and needs.
