Manic Monday

In this lesson, students will express their opinions and feelings towards Mondays. They will invent a story using some images that serves as a prediction activity before listening to a song.

Students will listen to the song "Manic Monday" for gist and for detail, they will work on rhymes and complete the lyrics.

Students will also compare their own Monday routines with the song and share they favorite and least favorite days of the week.

As a follow-up task, students will come up with creative ideas to describe their ideal Monday at work.

As an optional grammar activity, students will analyze some negative forms in context.
