All my love

In this lesson, students will define what love means to them either with words or drawings. They willl also share how people usually express love and affection. Students will review vocabulary to describe the weather and its connection with feelings and emotions. Then they will listen to a song by the British band Coldplay called "All my love". They will work on the lyrics and analyze its message.

In terms of language, students will work on some excerpts of the song that contain examples of Present Perfect Simple, they will work out the rules and use of this tense in context.

As for pronunciation and listening decoding skills, students will focus on contractions of verbs and words in the song.

By the end of the lesson, students will choose a follow-up task according to their interests and needs.
