Frequently Asked Questions
What is your refund policy if I need to cancel or move my lesson?
I offer full refunds for cancellation or change of lesson up to 48 hours before your lesson. After that time, no refunds are permitted as another student could have taken your spot.
How does appointment scheduling work?
When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can book a time for lesson there.
Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?
At this time, as 1-1 lessons are strictly limited I am offering just one per student to be fair to everyone.
About Nicola Milan
Nicola is a singer-songwriter, illustrator and vocal coach based in Perth, Western Australia. After attending WAAPA (the Western Australia Academy of Performing Arts) studying Jazz Vocals she went on to perform internationally, secured government funding to produce her first full length album and was signed to Origin Music Publishing Australia.
She began sharing her love of singing, performance and songwriting on her YouTube channel (formerly Singer's Secret) in 2008 and amassed over 100,000 singing students, teaching hundreds of enthusiastic vocalists how to sing. She now shares singing tips on her official music YouTube channel along with Instagram.
