By purchasing, accessing or participating in a Nicola Milan online course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Educational Purpose

All courses, lessons, exercises, demonstrations and other materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

The information provided is based on Nicola Milan's professional knowledge, training and experience and is provided in good faith.

Course content is general in nature and cannot take into account every participant's individual voice, physical condition, medical history, vocal habits, experience or circumstances.

Nothing contained within a course should be regarded as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

2. Vocal Health and Personal Responsibility

Singing and vocal exercises involve physical use of the voice and body. You are responsible for exercising reasonable judgement when participating in any exercise or technique demonstrated in a course.

You should never continue singing or performing an exercise that causes pain, significant discomfort, unusual hoarseness, loss of voice or other concerning symptoms.

You are responsible for determining an appropriate amount and intensity of practice for your own voice and circumstances.

If you have an existing vocal injury, voice disorder, medical condition or other concern that may affect your ability to participate safely, you should seek appropriate advice from a qualified medical or allied health professional before undertaking the exercises.

If you experience persistent pain, hoarseness, loss of voice or other concerning vocal symptoms, stop the relevant activity and seek appropriate professional advice.

3. Individual Results

Every voice and every student is different.

While the courses are designed to provide useful techniques, exercises and education, no particular vocal, artistic, professional or other result is promised or guaranteed.

Your results may depend on many factors outside our control, including your existing abilities, health, practice habits, consistency, interpretation and application of the material.

Testimonials, examples and results achieved by other students are not guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nicola Milan is not responsible for loss, injury or damage arising from a participant's misuse of course materials, failure to follow instructions or warnings, excessive or inappropriate practice, continuation of exercises despite pain or other warning signs, or participation contrary to relevant medical or professional advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law where doing so would be unlawful.

5. Course Access

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to access the course in accordance with the access period stated at the time of purchase.

Your login details and course access may not be shared with another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe course materials or login credentials are being shared, copied, distributed or otherwise used in breach of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all course materials are owned by Nicola Milan and are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes videos, audio recordings, vocal exercises, written lessons, illustrations, worksheets, PDFs, downloads and other course materials.

Course materials are provided for your personal use only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, publish, upload, share, teach from, commercially exploit or create derivative commercial materials from the course content without prior written permission.

7. Availability and Changes

We may occasionally update, improve or replace course materials.

We may also temporarily suspend access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a course is sold with ongoing or lifetime access, this means access for as long as the course continues to be offered and maintained by us, unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase and subject to applicable law.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Short courses and digital products are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds.

The Singing Academy includes a 14-day satisfaction guarantee as described in our Refund Policy.

These policies operate in addition to any rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

9. Acceptance of These Terms

By purchasing or accessing a course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Refund Policy.
