Due to the digital nature of our short online courses and downloadable products, purchases are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including where you:

• decide the course is no longer suitable for you;
• change your mind after purchasing;
• do not complete or access the course; or
• purchase the course but later decide you no longer wish to participate.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Singing Academy – 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to have the opportunity to experience the Singing Academy and decide whether it is right for you.

If you purchase the Singing Academy and are not satisfied with the program, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.

To request a refund, please contact us within the 14-day period using the contact details provided on our website and include the email address used to make your purchase.

Refund requests received after the 14-day satisfaction period will not be accepted for change of mind.

The 14-day satisfaction guarantee is provided in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing your course, please contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.

A technical problem that can reasonably be corrected does not automatically entitle you to a refund. However, nothing in this policy limits any remedy to which you may be entitled under applicable consumer law.

Our products and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify those rights where it would be unlawful to do so.
