Who doesn’t love a handy pouch - and a big one at that!? This pretty project features foundation paper-pieced Flying Geese panels on the outside with handy inside pockets made to your choice of size, perfect for holding all your quilting tools, a current project to take to class, or your EPP papers collection or maybe you need a jewellery and make-up weekend bag? Or maybe a gift for a friend? This project is so versatile!

This pattern includes a full set of FPP templates.

Finished size: Approx 14" x 9"

Skill level: Intermediate

You will need:

• Fabric scraps in at least 14 co-ordinating fabrics - while the Flying Geese panels are made up of smaller pieces, you will need some 9½” strips for the inside pockets, see page 9. This is also a great project for a Layer Cake or Fat Quarter bundle.

• 40cm of background fabric

• 30cm of lining fabric

• 40cm iron-on interfacing

• 16” x 22” wadding

• 22” zip.

• Foundation paper-piecing templates, included with this pattern.

When printing your templates, to ensure you are printing at the correct scale, just check that the box on the page measures 1" square - if it doesn't adjust your printer settings to accommodate - and check that the 'fit to page' option isn't ticked.

Make sure to read the whole pattern all the way through before beginning your project.
