Working with relationships and families doesn’t need to be overwhelming and stressful! This is the training for those who are ready to approach relational psychotherapy with confidence.

Boundaries work is often one of the most essential parts of working with romantic and family relationships in distress, often to everyone’s surprise! We all need to be able to know, express, and hear our needs in order to successfully navigate conflict, compromise, and growing together in love and kindness. Orion Neustifter (they/them), PhD, RP, and RMFT from Ontario, Canada shows participants how to help clients create a context for loving boundaries for thriving. We’ll explore different types of boundaries to help clients find their strengths to support their growth, and recognize the role of boundary setting as a commitment to creating change. All of this can come from a position of community and interconnection, because boundaries are also important decolonization in the therapy room and at home.

This training includes access to the live online workshop, a recording of the live online workshop, pdf copies of all worksheets/handouts to help you use the techniques you’ve just learned, and a pdf copy of the slide presentation.
