Three UK organisers for the paperwork side of family life, in one pack: before, during and after.

  • Before: "If Something Happens to Me" Family Organiser (36 pages). Record your own details in advance: contacts, accounts, pensions, insurance, the home, digital accounts, care wishes, funeral wishes and where your documents are, so your family isn't left guessing.
  • During: "Caring for Mum or Dad" Care Organiser (35 pages). For adult children coordinating care for an ageing parent: emergency page, GP and NHS details, medicines and appointments, the care team and a weekly rota, needs assessments, comparing home care and care homes, hospital discharge, a benefits checklist, a power of attorney tracker, finances and a family decisions log.
  • After: "After Someone Dies" Bereavement and Probate Workbook (32 pages). The admin after a death: registering, Tell Us Once, the funeral, who to notify, a contact log, probate or confirmation, executor tasks and estate logs.

You get three separate PDFs, 103 A4 pages in all. Each has its own linked contents page, fillable fields and tick boxes, and the same calm, colour-coded design. The pack costs less than buying the files separately.

All three are written for the UK, with notes where Scotland and Northern Ireland do things differently, and they point you to GOV.UK, the NHS, mygov.scot and nidirect for the current rules.

What you'll download

  • After-Someone-Dies_UK-Probate-Workbook_LifeAdminDeskStudio.pdf (PDF, 32 pages)
  • Caring-for-Mum-or-Dad_UK-Care-Organiser_LifeAdminDeskStudio.pdf (PDF, 35 pages)
  • If-Something-Happens-to-Me_Family-Organiser_LifeAdminDeskStudio.pdf (PDF, 36 pages)

How it works

  • Digital download: three PDF files. Nothing physical is posted.
  • Straight after you pay, you'll be taken to your download page, and you'll also get an email with your download link.
  • Type straight into the fillable fields and tick boxes using a PDF app that supports forms, such as the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, then save. Or print on A4 at home and fill them in by hand.
  • Some browser and phone PDF viewers don't save form entries. If that happens, use Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • A4 size. They print on US Letter with "fit to page", but they're written for the UK.

Please note

These are practical organisers for keeping information in one place. They are not medical, legal, tax or financial advice, and they can't tell you what applies to your family or to an estate. For anything you're unsure about, check the current guidance on GOV.UK, NHS, mygov.scot or nidirect, speak to a free advice service, or get advice from a solicitor or other qualified professional. Rules, fees and time limits change and differ across the UK.

Keep them safe

Once filled in, these organisers will hold personal, health and financial information. Store them somewhere secure and don't write full account numbers, PINs, passwords or key safe codes in them.

How these were made

I designed these organisers and chose their contents, which were checked against official guidance. I used AI tools to help draft some of the wording and to help build the layout of the PDFs. Every page was checked, and the fillable fields were tested, before release. There are no AI-generated photos or illustrations.

Digital download and cancellations

This is digital content, available to download straight after purchase. At checkout, you'll be asked to agree that the download can start immediately and to acknowledge that you then lose your 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. If a file is faulty or won't open, email lifeadmindesk@gmail.com and I'll put it right.

Personal use

For personal use by you and your family. Please don't resell or share the files publicly.
