Why I made this: Pre ETS and VR are free job readiness supports a lot of families never hear about until late. Spanish speaking families need the same plain walkthrough, with English next to Spanish so the school team can sit with them.

Who it's for: families of students ages 14 to 22 who are more comfortable reading in Spanish, and the transition teachers, case managers, and family liaisons who work with them. English and Spanish sit side by side, so bilingual families and staff can read together.
