It's not only that you have a relaxed and fun photoshoot without the awkwardness (that goes away after 3 minutes with my silliness). But you will see yourself in your greatness. (Imposter syndrome will be real quiet after that.)

How does this work?

1. You make purchase the service
2. We'll have a 1-hour long conversation about who you are, what your journey has been (whatever you want to share, this is a save space and confidential), who you feel in this current phase of your life and who you want to grow into. What inspires you. etc I'm getting to 'see' the essence of you to then translate into the visuals.
3. We do a 30 minute 1:1 virtual photoshoot. All you need is your own phone, internet and preferably a tripod. I'll capture you very simply in front of a blank wall.
4. I'll edit the image, which usually takes 2-3 business days unless inspiration really holds back (and creative inspiration cannot be rushed). I'll keep you in the loop in either case!
5. And then you'll get 3 amazing artsy edits of yourself as in your true Queen form!

Terms

1. No refunds.
2. After the session, client ensures that photos are being uploaded by leaving the app open after the shoot until full upload is completed.
3. Photographer will select best photos for Client to review before working on the edits.
4. Photography edits will be made available within 7 working days after receipt of images and client selection.
5. One-off edits: Photography sessions need to be scheduled within 2 months starting with the date of purchase signature. Purchase automatically expires after this period if unclaimed.
6. 12 sessions: All 12 photography sessions need to be scheduled within 12 months starting with the date of purchase signature. Purchase automatically expires after this period if unclaimed.
7. Photography services provided are non-exclusive.
8. Free revisions included up to 30 minutes of work time. Thereafter, changes will be billed at 100 EUR per hour. An estimate of the time to complete the requested changes will be given before agreeing to perform extra edits.
9. Final edits provided to Customer come with all the copyrights (“Transferred Copyrights”) and can be used for private and commercial purposes.
10. Customer may ony provide photography and materials of their own for the edit for which they have the adequate copyright or usage licence.
11. Final edit quality is dependent on original image quality (which depends on the phone camera and lighting situation).
12. Annemarie Strehl may use any the final photo edit for valid business promotion (e.g. photography portfolio, short videos, testimonials, etc) unless Customer explicitly requests not to. This will be discussed with the Customer again after the final edit.
13. Annemarie Strehl will work with Customer to get all necessary materials, feedback and input, but Annemarie Strehl retains creative control over final photos and edits.
14. Unedited photos will not be provided to Client.
15. Annemarie Strehl will perform her tasks to the best of her ability, but Annemarie Strehl accepts no responsibility for unforeseen circumstances including to but not limited to equipment failure, power outages, internet failure, inability to attend and perform services due to illness, and/or any other situation beyond Annemarie’s control. In the even that unforeseen circumstances occur, Annemarie Strehl will use best efforts to reschedule or provide similar services. Annemarie Strehl’s sole liability in any case shall be limited to a monetary amount no greater than the total of monies paid by Customer.
16. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Annemarie Strehl harmless from and against any and all losses, costs, damage, liability and expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of any claim whatsoever, directly or indirectly, from the use of copyright images supplied by Customer to Annemarie Strehl.
17. No cancellation or expiration of this contract shall affect any rights, obligations or liabilities of either party that shall have accrued on or prior to the date of such termination or expiration.
18. This contract shall be governed by the laws of Germany. Any legal disputes or proceedings shall take place in Germany.
