The Magician - Content + Creative Calls

Having easy-breezy content has never been more convenient & fun. Rest assured that your content is taken care of while you focus on your business. AND you have creative "playtime" scheduled into your business routine to shake things up and bring an infusion of joy.

Note: I have limited availability for this, so I can fully focus on the journey and stay tapped in with my clients. There are no set templates, this is fully flexible and intuitive.

Included per month:

• 45 edited photos
• 15 edited vertical videos
• total 90 min virtual shoots (+ 30 min concepting/prep call)
• 3 x 60 min sessions on branding, content strategy & creative concepting

How does this work?

1. You get an onboarding booklet
2. You schedule a time for us to chat and discuss everything, your goals, vision, ideas for content, etc.
3. The virtual photoshoots will be via Shutter App (free to download)and you only need your phone, a good wifi connection and a simple tripod.

Terms

1. No refunds.
2. After the session, client ensures that photos are being uploaded by leaving the app open after the shoot until full upload is completed.
3. Photographer will select best photos for Client to review before working on the edits.
4. For regular virtual shoots: Photography edits will be made available within 2 working days after receipt of images and client selection.
5. For creative edits: Photography edits will be made available within 7 working days after receipt of images and client selection.
6. Quarter Glow up: Sessions can be scheduled over the course of 6 months following the date of purchase signature. Purchase automatically expires after this period regardless of unclaimed sessions unless otherwise agreed with the Photographer in writing.
7. Half Year Chrysalis: Sessions can be scheduled over the course of 8 months following the date of purchase signature. Purchase automatically expires after this period regardless of unclaimed sessions unless otherwise agreed with the Photographer in writing.
8. Full Year Transformation: Sessions can be scheduled over the course of 14 months following the date of purchase signature. Purchase automatically expires after this period regardless of unclaimed sessions unless otherwise agreed with the Photographer in writing.
9. Photography services provided are non-exclusive. Annemarie can work with other clients.
10. Free revisions included up to 30 minutes of work time. Thereafter, changes will be billed at 100 EUR per hour. An estimate of the time to complete the requested changes will be given before agreeing to perform extra edits.
11. Final edits provided to Client come with all the copyrights (“Transferred Copyrights”) and can be used for private and commercial purposes.
12. Annemarie Strehl may use any parts of the footage obtained throughout the client and photography sessions for valid business promotion (e.g. photography portfolio, short videos, testimonials, etc) unless client explicitly asks not to.
13. Full rights for raw or unedited footage created by Annemarie Strehl can be purchased for an additional fee of 300 EUR or 5% of total fee (whichever is greater).
14. Annemarie Strehl will work with Client to get all necessary materials, feedback and input, but Annemarie Strehl retains creative control over final photos and edits.
15. Annemarie Strehl will perform her tasks to the best of her ability, but Annemarie Strehl accepts no responsibility for unforeseen circumstances including to but not limited to equipment failure, power outages, internet failure, inability to attend and perform services due to illness, and/or any other situation beyond Contractor’s control. In the even that unforeseen circumstances occur, Annemarie Strehl will use best efforts to provide similar services.Annemarie Strehl’s sole liability in any case shall be limited to a monetary amount no greater than the total of monies paid by Client.
16. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Annemarie Strehl harmless from and against any and all losses, costs, damage, liability and expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of any claim whatsoever, directly or indirectly, from the use of copyright images supplied by Customer to Annemarie Strehl.
17. No cancellation or expiration of this contract shall affect any rights, obligations or liabilities of either party that shall have accrued on or prior to the date of such termination or expiration.
18. This contract shall be governed by the laws of Germany. Any legal disputes or proceedings shall take place in Germany.
