Foxtails is a scalene triangle shaped shawl worked in garter rib, garter stitch, and "leaf and weave" stitch. Inspired by the colourway of the yarn it's knit in - Kitsune, which is Japanese for fox - the leaf and weave section is reminiscent of a bushy fox tail.

Yarn: aran, 545 yards (498 metres)
Needles: 4mm
Sizing: one size
Techniques: cast on (long tail); bind off (Russian); knitting flat; lace
