I'm Anneloes. EREPS Level 4 certified personal trainer and Sports Nutrition Certified Professional, with a semi-pro level handball background and 20+ years around competitive sport and training.
I coach 150+ women and men online, remotely, from Bali, Phuket and the Netherlands, in strength training, nutrition and mindset. I left a corporate career in IT account management and recruitment to do this full time, because helping people build real, lasting strength deserved to be more than a side project.
In March '25 I had a full ACL rupture and broken meniscus, I went through ACL surgery in June '25 and this recovery process came with huge personal grwoth. It changed how I coach: I understand, from the inside, what it takes to rebuild trust in your own body and come back stronger without rushing the process: injured or not, that shows up in how I coach every client.
My coaching is built on structure, not extremes. No 5am-or-nothing culture, no crash diets, no plans that fall apart in three weeks: just training and nutrition built around your real life, hormones, sleep and recovery included, so results actually stick.
