My coaching is built on real experience, 20+ years of training, continuous education with certifications in Personal Training EREPS level 4 and Sports Nutrition Certified Professional. Working closely with busy women and men who want sustainable results without extremes. I believe fitness should add value to your life, it's the biggest gift you can give to yourself for a long sustainable life.

Whether you’re new to strength training or already highly/pro experienced in the gym, you’ll receive clear guidance, structure, and support based on your level.

I don’t believe in extreme or restrictive diets. Instead, you’ll receive practical nutrition guidance that supports your goals while still being realistic and sustainable. The focus is on building healthy habits, improving your relationship with food, and creating results you can maintain long-term. Even with glutenfree or lactose intolerancies (like myself).
After signing up, you’ll start with a free introduction call where we discuss your goals, training background, lifestyle, and expectations. From there, you’ll receive a personalized coaching plan including training, nutrition guidance, and ongoing support.
