Gauge: 5sts & 10 rows = 1 inch/ 2.5 cm in Garter stitch
Materials: for 1 trivet and 4 coasters
Your purchase includes 2 pattern files; one is my "standard" file and the other is a low vision/large print file which is completely in a sans serif 24pt font in all black type, has been fully left justified, and the promo photo is captioned. Both files are complete and self-contained allowing the knitter to choose which works best for them.

- 155 yds worsted weight cotton yarn (Sample set shown knit in Bernat Handicrafter Cotton Ombrés & Prints (100% cotton; 68 yds/62 m = 42g) in "Mistletoe Ombre")
- size 4.0 mm/US 6 knitting needles, for working flat
- tapestry needle
- short rows in garter stitch (explained in the pattern)
- sewing short seams in garter stitch fabric
