A Space to Notice | Reflective Journal
A Space to Notice is a five-week, therapist-designed reflective wellbeing journal offering a gentle, structured way to pause, notice what is present and explore what emerges over time.
Rather than focusing on positivity, productivity or reaching a particular outcome, the journal begins with curiosity. Our thoughts, feelings and responses are shaped by our relationships, experiences, values and the ways we have learnt to navigate the world. As life unfolds, different parts of that inner experience can become louder, quieter or more noticeable.
Through short daily check-ins and deeper weekly reflections, A Space to Notice creates room to explore those patterns without pressure to change or judge what appears. You can write a lot, write a little, leave something unanswered or return another day.
There is no day you can get wrong.
You might find this helpful if…
You would like to understand yourself with greater curiosity, notice patterns in how you respond to different situations, or create a regular reflective practice without the pressure of traditional journalling.
It can be used alongside therapy or independently as a space for personal reflection.
This resource won't tell you what to do
There is no correct way to complete it and no expectation of reaching a particular conclusion.
Rather than trying to change, correct or judge what appears, the journal encourages you to notice what is already there. Over five weeks, you may begin to recognise how different thoughts, feelings and responses show up, what seems to make them louder or quieter, and what they may be communicating or trying to protect.
