Understanding Anxiety Bundle
Understanding Anxiety
A collection of four resources
You might find this helpful if...
● Anxiety has started to feel like the problem itself, rather than something your nervous system is trying to do for you
● You notice yourself swinging between feeling wound up and feeling completely drained
● You are quick to help everyone else, and slow to notice what you need
● A harsh inner voice tends to arrive before a kinder one does
● You would rather understand a pattern than be told to stop it
This resource won't tell you what to do
These four resources are not a plan to follow or a set of instructions to complete. They are a way of noticing what is happening in your body, your mind, and your life, and building a gentler relationship with all of it. There are no right answers anywhere in this collection.
What's included
● Anxiety and the Nervous System, a reflective worksheet on anxiety as a protective response
● The Capacity Thermometer, a tool for noticing where your capacity sits day to day
● Building Your Inner Coach, an exercise for building a kinder internal voice alongside a critical one
● Eight Dimensions of Wellness, a reflective map across the eight areas that make up a whole life
This collection may be helpful if you're experiencing...
● A racing mind, a tight chest, or a body that feels permanently switched on
● Burnout, or a sense that your capacity has quietly been shrinking
● A loud inner critic and very little sense of an inner ally
● A feeling that your attention is spread too thin across too many parts of life
This resource is not...
● A diagnosis, or a substitute for one
● A quick fix or a promise that anxiety will disappear
● A replacement for therapy, medical advice, or crisis support
