Eight Dimensions of Wellness
Eight Dimensions of Wellness - Free Tool : Print and screen versions
Wellness is not one thing. It moves across many different parts of life, physical, intellectual, emotional, environmental, financial, social, spiritual, and occupational, and each part deserves attention in its own way.
This worksheet offers a gentle, honour-framed way of noticing where your capacity for care might be spread, and where a little more attention could help. Each dimension is explained in plain, shame-sensitive language, with space to reflect on what feels like it needs attention, and one small thing that could be tried.
This is not a resource about achieving balance perfectly. It is an invitation to notice where attention has been going, and where it might gently be invited elsewhere.
